In recent years, nanotechnology application industry in Suzhou Industrial Park has developed rapidly. By the end of 2017, the annual output value of nanotechnology industry in Suzhou Industrial Park has reached 50.23 billion yuan, and 480 nanotechnology and related application enterprises have been introduced/incubated, which has become the highest concentration area of nanotechnology application industry in China. Nanotechnology application industry has become a characteristic "business card" leading the transformation and upgrading of the park, the development of new industries and technological innovation, and is a park brand recognized by the state, provinces and municipalities.

Since 2010, Suzhou Industrial Park has successfully held the "China International Nanotechnology Industry Exposition" (Nabo) for eight consecutive years. The Expo has become the largest and most influential nanotechnology industry exchange event in China, and has been actively participated and widely recognized by the world's powerful nanotechnology countries. The Tenth NAPO 2019 will be held at the Suzhou Industrial Park International Exposition Center from October 23 to 25. The exhibition will cover 15,000 square meters. It is expected that more than 1,000 enterprises and 16,000 people will participate in the exhibition.

In order to further promote the development of patent navigation and operation in Suzhou Industrial Park with the help of relevant domestic and foreign resources, the "Forum on the Development Peak of Patent Navigation Industry" will be held during the Nabo Expo (tentatively scheduled for October 25). Famous experts from the industry will be invited to join the park to discuss patents in light of the development status of Nano-industry in the park. Through this forum, the industry, the intellectual property sector and the government will build a platform for open sharing, information exchange, strong alliance and win-win cooperation.
