Conference Introduction

With the rapid development of in vivo measurement techniques, gene and protein techniques, molecular imaging techniques, etc., precision medicine has become an important field to solve clinical diagnosis and treatment problems, lead medical frontier development and clinical translation research, and improve disease prevention and treatment. And it has been elevated to "National Development Strategy" of China. Suzhou Institute of Nanotechnology and Nano-Bionics, CAS-The Key Laboratory of Nano-Biological Interfaces of CAS will hold the second " Nano Health - In vivo Biometrics and Precision Medicine Forum" on 27th-28th October, 2021, Suzhou. This forum will invite well-known experts to introduce the latest developments in this field, and provide a platform for exchanges and demonstrations for people engaged in in vivo biometrics, molecular medicine, molecular imaging and clinical translational research.

1990年获得中国科技大学理学博士，同年任中国科技大学应用化学系讲师，1995年中国科技大学化学系副教授，2000年任中国科学技术大学化学系教授、博士生导师、分析化学教研室主任。其间曾先后在荷兰Utrecht大学和美国杰克逊州立大学作为博士后和访问学者从事研究工作。2006年获得国家自然科学基金委“国家杰出青年基金”。此外，目前还担任长春电分析化学国家重点实验室第三届学术委员会委员、中国仪器仪表学会分析仪器分会电化学分析专业委员会委员、《分析化学》和《分析科学学报》杂志编委。目前主要致力于基于新型发光功能化纳米探针的化学发光/电致化学发光超灵敏免疫分析和核酸分析方法的研究及其在疾病诊断与治疗、食品安全检测、环境监测等领域中的应用。相关工作在Anal. Chem.、Chem. Eur. J、Chem. Commun. J. Phys. Chem. B/C、J. Mater. Chem.、Phys. Chem. Chem. Phys.等国际重要学术杂志上发表论文130余篇。

Prof. Yao Sun received his PhD in 2015 from Wuhan University followed by more than 1 years postdoctoral experience in Stanford University before joining as a professor in the Central China Normal University (Department of Chemistry) in 2017. His current research interests include chemical biology, fluorescent imaging, image-guided therapy and multifunctional imaging.

Professor Zonghai Sheng received his Ph.D. (2010) degrees from Huazhong Agricultural University, China. Then, he worked as a postdoctoral fellow researcher from 2011 to 2013 at the Chinese Academy of Sciences (Supervisor: Prof. Lintao Cai). Since 2018, he has been a full professor at the Institute of Biomedical and Health Engineering (Prof. Hairong Zheng’s group), Shenzhen Institute of Advanced Technology, Chinese Academy of Sciences. His main research activities focus on nanoprobes and molecular imaging.

Studying the structure and functions of cell membranes by single molecule approaches
Hongda Wang, biophysicist, graduated from Department of Molecular Biology, Jilin University, P.R.China in 1995. Dr. Wang worked in Max-Planck-Institute fur Molekulare Physiologie (Germany) and Biodesign Institute of Arizona State University (USA) as a postdoc, 2001-2007. Since 2008, Dr. Wang worked as PI in Changchun Institute of Applied Chemistry, Chinese Academy of Sciences. Dr. Wang was a visiting professor in Arizona State University, 2008. He has been engaged in the research of single molecule biophysics for a long time, and proposed new semi mosaic model and protein layer lipid protein island model to reveal the structure of cell membranes. He has published more than 100 papers in Chemical Society Reviews, Nature Communications, PNAs, Cell Research, JACS, Nano Letters and other journals.

Nano-Assembled Interface for Dynamics Tailoring
Dr. Tie Wang joined in Institute of Chemistry Chinese Academy of Sciences in 2013 and Tianjin University of Technology in 2020 as a full professor. He received the award of The National Science Fund for Distinguished Young Scholars (2019), Leading Talent of "Ten Thousand Plan" - National High Level Talents Special Support Plan (2019), Young Leader Talents, Ministry of Science and Technology of China (2018), and the First Prize of Science and Technology of China Association for Instrumental Analysis, CAIA (2018). He has published more than 100 papers in reputed journals including Scinence, JACS, Adv Mater. Angew Chem, Nat. Commun., and Sci. Adv. et al. Dr. Tie Wang focused on using self-assembly of nanotechnology to build all kinds of ordered basement, and the research on the interaction mechanism of ordered structure, as well as related synergy mechanisms, in order to applicate these technologies in the area of bone regeneration, disease detection and treatment. First, to explore the early screening of lung cancer markers in human exhalation by using printable nanopatterned chip; Second, the nanometer surface effect is used to capture disease markers in human metabolites such as blood and sweat. Third, the application of ordered biomedical materials in bone tissue regeneration medicine. Fourth, to develop exhaled substance detector, exhaled condensate detector, cell metabolite detection platform and other instruments and devices.

Prof. Aiguo Wu received his PhD from Changchun Institute of Applied Chemistry, Chinese Academy of Sciences supervised by Prof. Erkang Wang and Prof. Zhuang Li in China in 2003. He stayed at the University of Marburg (Prof. Norbert Hampp group) in Germany during 2004-2005, Caltech (Prof. Ahmed Zewail group) in USA during 2005-2006, and Northwestern University (Prof. Gayle Woloschak group) in USA during 2006-2009. In 2009, he joined Ningbo Institute of Materials Technology & Engineering (NIMTE), CAS as a PI. He has published over 230 peer-review papers in Adv Mater, ACS Nano, Biomaterials, Nano Lett, Nano Today etc., H-index= 56, four books, and ten book chapters and has been awarded 73 invention patents. Dr Wu’s lab focuses on using nanoprobes for early diagnosis and therapy of diseases and so forth.

Huanghao Yang （Fuzhou University Professor）
X-ray luminescence analysis and instrument development
Huanghao Yang obtained his B.Sc. and Ph.D. from Xiamen University in 1997 and 2002, respectively. He worked as a Postdoctoral Fellow in Hong Kong University of Science and Technology from 2002 to 2004. He was an Associate Professor at First Institute of Oceanography, State Oceanic Administration from 2004 to 2007. He worked in Florida University as a visiting professor during 2007-2008. Since 2008, he has been appointed as a Professor at Fuzhou University. Now, he is the vice president of Fuzhou University. He received the National Science Fund for Distinguished Young Scholars in 2011, and Changjiang Scholar in 2013. He is an associate editor of Materials Chemistry Frontiers and a fellow of the Royal Society of Chemistry. His research interests focus on functional biomaterials, luminescence materials, nanobiosensors, and nanomedicine. He has published more than 160 SCI papers. The Google Scholar H-index is 77 and citations is over 22000.

Molecular Engineering for NIR-II Conjugated Fluorophores with Enhanced Fluorescent Performance
Prof. Qinglai Yang, from Medical College of University of South China, as a Ph.D. supervisor, Director of Molecular Probe Laboratory, and Deputy Director of Cancer Institute. Received Ph.D. at Shanghai Jiao Tong University in 2015 under the supervision of Prof. Yumei Shen and Bing Gong. After spent 2 years as a postdoctoral researcher at the Research Institute of Tsinghua University in Shenzhen under the supervision of Prof. Hongjie Dai and Weiqiang Liu. He joined Shanghai Jiao Tong University, School of Medicine, Prof. Weihong Tan’s group in 2018 as an associate research fellow and then joined the University of South China, Cancer Research Institute of Medical College in 2020 as a Special-Term Professor. His research interests focus on the synthesis of organic materials for molecular fluorescence imaging and molecular radionuclide imaging.

Engineering DNA Nanoparticles for Multimodal Tumor Treatment
Dr. Jie Song is a researcher at the Institute of Basic Medicine and Cancer Chinese Academy Sciences, a professor at Shanghai Jiao Tong University, a recipient of the National Excellent Youth Fund, and a national high-level talent. He has presided many national projects such as the Key Research and Development Program of the Ministry of Science and Technology and the International Cooperation Program of the Natural Foundation. As first author and corresponding author, he has published more than 30 SCI papers in Science, Nature Protocol, Nature Communications, J. Am. Chem. Soc, Angewandte Chemie, etc.. He has also published 30 SCI papers as co-author in Nature, Nature Nanotechnology, Nature Chemistry, etc. These papers have been cited more than 1500 times by Nature, Science, Chem. Soc. Rev. His main research interests are the biological effects of single-stranded circular DNA and its development and application in gene detection and drug delivery.

Preparation of New Drugs for Coronavirus Treatment
Xueyun Gao got PhD of physics from Institute of Solid State Physics, Chinese Academy of Science in 2003. From 2003 to 2007, he did his postdoctoral work in bionanotechnology with Prof. Hiroshi Matsui at Hunter College. In 2007, he started his academic career at institute of high energy physics, Chinese Academy of Science. In 2017, he moved to Beijing University of Technology as a professor. From 2007, his research interests is 1) development nanoparticles/metal clusters for tumor detection, including in vitro/vivo analytical methods to detect clinical malignant cancer in earlier stage; 2) Screening nanoparticles/metal clusters for disease therapy. Though combining the peptide tumor recognition and intrinsic biological activity of metal clusters, some potential metal cluster drugs were identified on cell and animal models, and their molecular mechanisms were further explored.

唐波，汉族，1964年11月生，中共党员，1994年毕业于南开大学化学系，获理学博士，现任山东省科学技术厅厅长、山东师范大学化学化工与材料科学学院教授、博士生导师，教育部科技委学部委员。为973计划首席科学家，国家杰出青年科学基金获得者，首届十佳全国优秀科技工作者提名奖获得者，“新世纪百千万人才工程”国家级人选。
唐波教授现主要从事于分子及纳米荧光探针的合成及其在生物成像中的应用以及纳米生物分析等领域的研究工作。研究成果获国家自然科学奖二等奖1项、国家科技进步二等奖2项、山东省自然科学奖一等奖2项、山东省科技进步奖一等奖2项、技术发明奖一等奖1项。
